June sales continued to be steady and as you can see we added another 825 listings. Some good news - not as many properties getting multiple listings and going over list price which makes it easier for the buyers out there.
Any questions, please feel free to give me a call I would love to hear from you.
Enjoy the weekend!

The Saskatoon market is still very hot, lots of buyers and less homes on the market make it very interesting. A lot of homes under the $500K price range are selling in less than 24hrs with multiple offers and some even selling for over list price!!
If you are thinking of selling you're home now just might be the right time, give me a call I would be happy to give you an up to date market evaluation of your home in today's market.
Enjoy the great spring weather!!

Due to low inventory levels in Saskatoon and the great interest rates the market here is very active, some homes are getting multiple offers others are selling the first day on the market. So all in all if you are thinking of selling now is a great time! Call me I would be happy to discuss the market with you anytime.
