June sales continued to be steady and as you can see we added another 825 listings.  Some good news - not as many properties getting multiple listings and going over list price which makes it easier for the buyers out there.

The Saskatoon market is still very hot, lots of buyers and less homes on the market make it very interesting.  A lot of homes under the $500K price range are selling in less than 24hrs with multiple offers and some even selling for over list price!!
